Exercise has stress relieving powers

I look at exercise as a stress reliever all the time. It helps you also get any frustrations out that you have kept in your emotions the whole day. Most people just go to look fit too, but relieving stress is a big issue. Stress can have harmful side effects such as pains in the body, and can give you high blood pressure. Doing any type of physical activity can give your body the necessary relief it needs. Also, sleep tends to be a big issue because many people are sleep deprived. When we exercise, we need our bodies to heal, and the deeper the sleep, the more time the body has to heal.
