Comprised of twenty-two first year students living in a Residence Hall on BSU's campus, these students will embark on the meaning of Lifetime Recreation activities through the exploration of leisure, activity, and fun. Stress
Stress is easily relived by exercising. Many different people do many different exercises to relive stress. Some lift and others do yoga. The exercises I do to relive stress are going on a run or a hike. These two activities allow you to step way from whatever is stressing you out with the joy of going out and getting fresh air. The fresh air helps clear my mind along with the intense physical activity of running. After I complete a run or a hike I feel refreshed and open-minded, ready to take on any task that heads my way. My next fitness goal is to run a marathon this year. This goal will also help break up the stress of school by breaking up the day with a few runs.
