Stressin and Exercisin


Some goals I have for myself when going to the gym is to run for at least twenty minutes and find time afterwards for some other workout.  Working out in the evenings works best for me because I have morning classes five days a week.  It also helps after a long day to go for a run rather than coming home and being a couch potato for the rest of the night.
