What is Recreation and Leisure?

I think recreation can be many different things or activities. I enjoy playing sports or doing active things. It depends on the person and what they enjoy and consider recreation for themselves. Leisure to me is more of just relaxing and doing what you feel like whether it's active or not.

    I agree that leisure is a time of relaxation. It doesn't have to be active at all. Well put Mitko!
