March Madness

This article goes over the pros and cons of march madness when it comes to business. I believe watching madness during work it good. In the article it states, “By giving workers the freedom to go online during the workday and do something other than work, employers have the potential to increase their employees' happiness, which could lead to higher worker output.” This shows that everything shouldn’t be strict. In an article by Rachael Body (http://www.usnews.com/opinion/articles/2014/03/21/are-ncaa-march-madness-brackets-hurting-work-productivity)  Big-time college sports leaves a giant footprint, and the influence of March Madness on patterns of work is just one example. But American productivity probably isn’t affected too much, no more than it is by, say, Thanksgiving. People have fun, but most of them find a way to get their work done.” This show employees will find a way to get their work done somehow.
