Stress

I feel like physical activity is a great way to deal with the stresses that life presents you. To relieve stress I like to read and to workout because it brings life back down to the basics. I personally am trying not relieve stress by watching tv or playing video games by myself for a extended period of time because it brings me into this state of unconscious that deprives me of being present in the moment and accomplishing my goals. I want to try and workout in the morning because like the article says it helps me sleep which I really need. Also to relieve stress I want to try to regulate my workouts so I can focus on improving my body as a whole as I get stronger.
