Stress

Stress can be relieved in many ways. It all depends on the person and what they enjoy to relieve that stress. Stress can be positive in some ways and harmful in other ways. I personally like to hit the gym and get swoll with Tanner. Just being in the rec room with high testosterone men gets me super jacked and automatically makes me beat my max by 10 pounds in bench. Leg day is never needed.
