Stressssss

The way I deal with stress is by going to the gym, talking with friends, and watching tv.  Laying down and watching tv relaxes a lot and I can do that for hours.  However, I still go to the gym about five times a week with my brother.  Most of the time we lift weights, but once in a while we end up playing basketball which is good cardio.  A great amount of my stress though lately is not getting enough sleep.  I end up procrastinating my homework and end up doing it very late at night.  I go to the gym at night, but I might try working out in the morning this semester because the article said it can help sleep.  Hopefully that will help with my sleep and reduce my stress.
