Lifetime Rec LLC is a community of students whom are interested in Recreational Activities at Boise State University. Comprised of twenty-two first year students living in a Residence Hall on BSU's campus, these students will embark on the meaning of Lifetime Recreation activities through the exploration of leisure, activity, and fun. Protein
This article is alright but I have different views. I believe you eat at least half your weight in protein for an healthy lifestyle. Also if you are trying to build muscle, you need a minimum of a gram of protein per body weight per day. Protein s the most important when it comes to a healthy lifestyle.
